New Patient Appointments:
Patients are seen by appointment. All new patient visits are scheduled in the morning. The parent or legal guardian MUST accompany the patient to the initial visit. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out paper work if you have not done so already.
Late Appointments:
We have reserved adequate time to meet your child’s needs, and your arrival at the appointed time is appreciated. We reserve the right to reschedule or alter the treatment plan if you arrive too late.
Broken Appointments:
It is important that our families try to maintain their designated appointment time. If for some reason you cannot keep the reserved time, please contact us 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a charge. Families that chronically miss their appointments will not be rescheduled.
Emergencies:
